League/Tournament Results on the Internet

The very first time you upload the results of a league or tournament on the Internet, you must fill in a something very specifica...

1) From the PRINT AND EXPORT section, click CREATE WEB SITE PAGES...  A window opens.

2) At the top left, where you see WEB SITE PAGES FILE, click the three dots.

3) The File Explorer window opens.  Click Save.

4) Now, you see that this field is not red anymore.  This field has been filled in.  It is perfect.  Leave it like this.  Do not touch this field for the rest of the season.

Uploading the Results on the Internet

1) From the PRINT AND EXPORT section, click CREATE WEB SITE PAGES...  A window opens.

2) Click Ok and wait a few seconds.

3) Click YES to this question: "Do you want to send results?"

4) A window opens.  Wait until you see the two green lines at the bottom.

5) Click the X to exit out from this window.  It takes somewhere between one to five minutes for the results to be updated on the Internet.

Viewing the League and Tournament Results on the Internet

First, you need to know the exact name of the Lexer licence at your bowling centre.

1) Click TOOLS at the top left.

2) Click OPTIONS at the bottom.  A window opens.

3) The default tab is INFORMATION.  Write a note of what is in ORGANIZER BASE SITE.  In this example, it is "buffadistribution".  It is the name of the Lexer licence of the bowling centre.

4) Click OK to exit out.

................ Now that you know the exact name of the Lexer licence at your bowling centre ................  

1) Open a web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari.

2) In the address bar at the top left, type in this address and hit Enter on your keyboard:

https://lxresult.com/buffadistribution (do not write buffadistribution...  enter the organizer base site that you saw in Tools > Options...  the name of the Lexer licence of your bowling centre.

3) You get here.  I am showing you a real bowling centre, Fairhaven Bowl in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  All the CURRENT leagues are showing up.  Click the name of the league or RESULTS to view the results of this league.  Tournaments are listed on this page as well, but that they are blue instead of green.

Adding the Lexer Link of Your Bowling Centre to Your Website

Do as many bowling centres have done and add the link of the Lexer result page to your website.  This will help your bowlers to view the results and it will create more traffic on your website.  If not, post the link on your Facebook page.

Using the QR Code

Now that the league and tournament results can be viewed on the Internet, every printout has its QR code at the top right corner.  No matter which "Print" button you click, the preview shows a QR code at the top right.  The bowlers can scan the QR code with their cellphone.  They will be automatically directed to the league or tournament page.
