Definition: Printing games is an act that is not done frequently, but there is always this one person who asks a printout when reaching new highs.
How to print games:
1) In the All Lanes window, select the lane on which games have to be printed.
2) From the control panel at the bottom, click Print games.
3) Use the filters on the left if necessary:
- Lanes: The number of the selected lane is in the blue bar. If it has to be a different lanes or if more lanes need to be selected, click the blue bar.
- From date / To date: These two dates should be identical. Click the drop-down to see a calendar and select a different date.
- From time / To time: Not required, but can be useful on a busy day to help track the games to be printed.
- Open / League / Tournament: If open play, keep Open ticked. If league play or tourname play, keep League ticked, click the drop-down and select the scoring name that corresponds to the league or tournament.
- Click Apply filters.
4) The session, lane and bowlers are selected by default. You may keep everything selected or you may just keep one bowler. If you click the expander left of each bowler, you see that all the games are selected too. You may just keep a game in particular.
5) Click Score at the bottom right.
6) Score printout settings
- Print type: Select if you want the scores to be printed by player (Caroline's games, then Magnet's games, etc), by lane (showing the scores of game 1 of all bowlers, scores of game 2 of all bowlers, etc.) or by game total only (no frame-by-frame, just plain results as seen on a recap sheet).
- Bowlers sorted by: The most common is by Player name, but it can be changed following the previous selection.
- Print Options: The most common is the Pin position, but most centres do not check anything here.
- Click Preview.
7) Wait a few seconds for the report to be generated. Below is based on the printout settings above. If more than one page, click Next page at the bottom.
8) If what you see answers your needs, click Print at the bottom right.
