Waiting List

This video shows you how to use the Waiting List in Conqueror.  The Waiting List is the perfect tool to use when your bowling centre is at full capacity and you want the guests crossing your doors to stay with you instead of leaving and spending their dollars elsewhere.

Some bowling alleys also use the waiting list to prepare a group just before they arrive. Let's say a school group has booked for 9:00 AM and the teacher in charge emailed you the list of names and the lane assignment the day before. You can then prepare everything in the waiting list when you arrive at work on the morning of the reservation to speed up the check-in process when the students show up.
