Q. May I get a confirmation email when a client books a lane online?
A. Yes, very easy.
- Log in to your QPortal account, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Settings.
- Click Administrative Settings and click Email Addresses.
- In the box, type in the email address you wish a confirmation email is sent to and click Save. As you can see, your address is a BBC one, so it will remain invisible to your clients.
Consequently, if there is anything wrong with the reservation, you can go back to your inbox to valide that the reservation was made properly.
